May 9, 2018 – Coventry, UK – Enterprise business social software provider, IdeasCast, has appointed XeauSoft as its exclusive European reseller for its flagship solution, OpusView.

The move comes just three months since Midlands-based IdeasCast started to unleash the pioneering suite of full stack social software, designed to ensure today’s modern workplace teams achieve higher levels of performance and organisational agility, on the global enterprise solutions market.

The brainchild of Bal Mattu, IdeasCast’s CEO and Founder, OpusView is aimed at helping mid to large-sized companies with diverse teams to work more efficiently, boost employee engagement and improve the overall delivery of their business projects – using a single software solution to digitalise the workplace.

“A few years ago, I was involved in a consulting project with a large manufacturer and it’s this first-hand experience of their working environment that spurred me on to develop IdeasCast,” explains Mr Mattu.

“I noticed that how they formalised their ideas and tasks to run their business projects wasn’t very structured and there was very little automation involved. Lots of discussions took place and plenty of paper, white boards and Post-it notes were used, yet I could see that it wasn’t the most effective way of planning and delivering their projects. It’s in situations like these, that conversations and creative thinking gets lost and consequently, plans and tasks aren’t actioned properly or are missed.”

OpusView has undergone significant development and investment over the last three years. The result is an ‘all-in-one’ solution that’s feature-rich and highly customisable. It can be deployed on-premise, in a private cloud or as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. As well as catering for entire workforces, enabling greater collaboration and helping organisations match the right employees and the right skills with the right projects, OpusView makes it easier for companies to share best practice and become ‘centres of excellence’ by allowing them to build their own project services within template libraries.

The software has been designed to enable more purposeful and simpler team communication and accurate progress monitoring to take place. It’s strongly focused on agile working to accelerate knowledge creation and transfer, refine decision-making and align group and individual activity more closely with business strategies such as transformation, compliance and regulations, products development and rollouts and operational improvements and readiness.

“OpusView is generating exceptionally good feedback from the market as a whole and appointing XeauSoft, who have significant enterprise solutions experience, as our exclusive reseller within Western Europe, was the next natural step for us,” adds Mr Mattu.

“This new partnership means that as well as making a name for ourselves in the UK, we can now start to do the same on a global scale.”

Xeausoft will provide a comprehensive range of services to European clients and partners through a dedicated team headed up by Emily Cox, XeauSoft’s Director, who explains: “We’ve been working within the enterprise solutions market for the last 15 years and having evaluated OpusView, we immediately recognised its many advantages over other project tools. In particular, is its focus on social working and template services. This increases the speed of user adoption, improving project delivery and reducing costs, whilst fostering a higher level of workforce competence. ”

“We’re looking forward to helping organisations deliver their business projects more efficiently and effectively, thanks to OpusView.”
